Whoops!
At the beginning of the season, Row ZZ predicted a top-4 finish for Spurs and, while nothing is impossible, that looks less likely with each dropped point.
Tottenham's worst league start since 1955 has prompted serious questions from the Spurs support.
How did the club end up with only two recognized strikers who, according to management, cannot play together? Does Ramos possess the necessary knowledge of English football, or indeed the communication skills to fix the problems at White Hart Lane?

It's an ugly situation, and one that's not doing anybody any good.
Levy is an obsessive negotiator who took our dealings over Berbatov so late into the window that it became an issue well into the season. We got the extra cash (at the cost of the chance to make a point about either Liverpool or United's dubious approaches; much like we did with Chelsea and Frank Arnesen) but we're a weaker squad for not having re-invested it.
Ramos hasn't adjusted to the Premier League, and doesn't seem to have the players motivated to perform for him. We badly miss the charismatic leadership of Martin Jol, whatever the Dutchman's tactical failings. Poyet might provide this, but he's limited by his assistant role.
Comolli is probably a bit of a scapegoat, since I'm not sure how much influence he has under the Ramos regime. I'm sure it's not as much as he enjoyed when Jol was at the club. However, he's never been able to deliver us an unknown or unexpected player who has gone on to outperform expectations, and his contact book seems to be thin. I see he's fired 4 scouts today, in a Levy-esque display of buck-passing.
The players lack an on-field leader, and aren't doing nearly enough off the ball.
It's a mess, and the only winners at the moment are our opponents.
That's a good point about Comolli and his inability to find some bargains; Spurs always seem to overpay.
It seemed for a while that Spurs were hoovering up all the young British talent going - Lennon, Dawson, Huddlestone, Bale, Gunter, Bentley, etc.
I think you hit the nail on the head with the leadership issue. You can go through the entire Spus team and there's not one forceful personality - maybe Woodgate?
Woody's a good lad, but he's basically a big puppy. Not the sharpest lemon in the fruit bowl. While you'd want him in your trench, you might be in trouble if he had the stripes on his arm.
Lucho Gonzales is the guy I wish we'd spend big on. Give them all the Berbatov money if we have to - we won't ever contend without a player like that.
